Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rahzaib.store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. Reach out to us and we will do our best to assist

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package and product immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rahzaib.store is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
