Q1: Where do you deliver?
We deliver across all areas of the United Arab Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.
Q2: How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 0-1 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 1-2 business days. Total delivery time is 1-3 business days across the UAE.
Q3: What is the shipping fee?
A flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies to all orders across the UAE.
Q4: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required.
Q5: Can I return a product?
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Contact us at support@rahzaib.store to initiate a return.
Q6: How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
